Since the move it seems that hours have been reduced and I can not get a hold of anyone when I need to speak to them. Even messages left with service were not returned several weeks ago. I don't know if these have always been their hours and I am just now calling on days when they are not in the office but it is ridiculous to me that a Dr. and all her staff are out on Wednesdays.

She has been my primary care Dr. for years.I feel very blessed to have found her.She is truly a very sharp and caring person and very competent Physician.My only complaint is she has so many devoted patients it can be challenging to get an appointment at times.I can not for the life of me understand how somebody could rate her average or below.

She is the best

Dr. Santone is very caring and easy going. She is friendly and easy to talk to and willing to go the extra mile to find the best treatment for your illness.

Excellent & thorough care

Serious problems with her not calling in correct Rx, and staff not being able to find the right information in my file. Scary stuff.

THIS IS THE WORST DR, I HAVE EVER GONE TOO, SHE IS ALL ABOUT MAKING A DOLLAR, SHE WILL HAVE YOU TO COME IN EVEN IF YOU WERE JUST THERE A WEEK BEFORE, SHE WILL NEVER CALL IN A REFILL, FOR SIMPLE MEDICATION, THAT IS SOLD OVER THE COUNTER,SHE WANTS TO BE ABLE TO BILL THE INSURANCE COMPANY EVERY TIME YOU GO IN THERE IS NOT SUCH THING AS JUST A FOLLOW UP, SHE NEVER RETURNS YOUR CALLS OR ADDRESS YOUR CONCERNS, SHE WILL HAVE YOU TO COME IN WITH SIMPLE QUESTIONS....I DON'T RECOMMEND HER AT ALL, FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR.
