Dr. Pamela Kay Snyder, MD

Pamela was our ob-gyn at WHCA in Littleton and she also delivered our baby boy with an elective c-section. All along the way she listened to our concerns, she always had the answer to our questions and she was always very professional. She did a great job with the c-section, even saved my tattoo in the area (without judging me for it). We met other doctors too at WHCA, but Pamela was certainly the best fit for us.

Dr. Snyder was very unfriendly every time I saw her. She rushed through appointments and acted annoyed when I had questions or concerns. She did the circumcision on my newborn son and cut him so bad he bled for over two hours. She never once said sorry or tried to make us terrified parents feel better. Women's Health Care has some great doctors. She is not one of them.

Its been a while since I've seen her because I moved out of the area but I loved her! She was gentle & kund & compassionate & I haven't found a Dr I like as much as her where I am now. I have absolutely no complaints about her or any of her staff & would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!

Terrible Doctor and very bad experience with her in the delivery room.

I have been a patient of Dr. Snyder for 15 years. She has been with me through 3 pregnancies and delivered 3 of my 4 children. The doctor I had for my first pregnancy was horrible. After that whole experience, I spent a lot of time interviewing doctors to find one that met my needs. Dr. Snyder has been really great. She is caring, compassionate, and she takes the time to really listen to my concerns and she gets to the bottom of the problems. Her bedside manner is excellent. She has done an excellent job in the past with getting to the root of the problem, treating the problem and following up. She is very attentive and I have never felt like just "another" patient. And her nurse, Holly, is excellent as well. They make a great team. These are all real attributes to look for when looking for an OBGYN.

I really like Women's Healthcare Associates, but I very much dislike Dr. Snyder and likely will not return to WHCA because of her. It's a shame because I like all the other doctors, but I can't take the chance on having Dr. Snyder be on duty when I deliver my next child. I had a bad experience with Dr. Snyder at the first prenatal appt I had with her. She didn't seem to care at all about the concerns I had - acted annoyed and rushed answering my questions and did not answer them well at all. So we didn't get off to a good start - and I avoided any other appts with her the rest of my pregnancy. Then of course she was on duty the night I went in to get induced. My baby's heart tones were raising some concerns - but she blew it out of proportion and had me completely freaked out and thinking I was going to have to have a c-section. Thank goodness a new doctor came on duty the next morning and completely changed things around - calmed me and reassured me that everything was going to be… okay and that I could have a natural birth - which I did. If Dr. Snyder would have stayed on, I'm convinced she would have ordered an unnecessary c-section. She was the doctor who had to follow up with me two days after my delivery and was "so surprised" I had a vaginal birth. I do not recommend Dr. Snyder at all - and I've seen many negative reviews about her on other sites - including one serious incident.

Dr. Snyder has been very caring and open with me. She spends time and answers every question. She is the only OBGYN I'll see.

Dr. Snyder delivered a child of mine and due to her negligence my child had a severe brain injury. I came close to being severly hurt also. My son died at two weeks of age. This was such a physical and emotional trauma for me and my family. Please investigate your doctors and always always question there decisions. If they are not listening to you and your gut feeling is something is wrong then you need to go with that instinct. The last thing any women expects when going in to deliver there child is that something terrible could happen if the doctor does not make the correct decisions. A woman needs to know everything that goes on in that delivery room and be your own advocate. Dr. Synder has an admonition letter against her license and it can be found online through the medical licensing board. This letter states what happened in the delivery room that forever changed my life.

Dr. Snyder has been my OB/GYN for several years during checkups and two pregnancies. She's been very caring and helpful. I highly recommend her.
