Pamela Spencer is an experienced audiologist with 28 years of clinical practice and advanced training (MA in Audiology) from Western Washington University. She founded Spencer Audiology Clinic in 2006 and has provided diagnostic testing in otolaryngology, hospitals, and private-practice settings. As a locally owned, family practice serving Whatcom County and surrounding areas, the clinic offers comprehensive, compassionate hearing care for all ages: hearing evaluations, hearing-aid fittings and technology, assistive listening devices, tinnitus treatment, rehabilitation using communication strategies, and personalized counseling. Pam’s own hearing impairment gives her a unique, empathetic perspective that informs patient-centered care and a commitment to the latest fitting techniques and hearing-health education.

Parking is available in front of 2114 James Street building or we have a small parking area at the back of the building accessed by the alley from either side street. Enter the building from the front or the back.  Handicap access is available at the back entrance.

Directions from I-5 traveling north:

• Exit 254
• At the first light turn L on Iowa Street
• At the next light turn R on James Street
• 2114 James Street is 1 ¼ blocks north on the R (red house), opposite Les Schwab Tires
• Park in front on James Street or travel north to the next street, turn R on Virginia Street, turn R again into the alley and make your way back to the red house and park in the back parking lot

Directions from I-5 traveling south:

• Exit 254
• After the ramp swing R onto King Street (MacDonald’s is on your R)
• At the next light turn L onto Iowa Street
• At the next light turn R on James Street
• 2114 James Street is 1 ¼ blocks north on the R (red house), opposite Les Schwab Tires
• Park in front on James Street or travel north to the next street, turn R on Virginia Street, turn R again into the alley and make your way back to the red house and park in the back parking lot
