Dr. Pamela Anne Talley, MD

I would recommend Dr. Talley to anyone--and have done so. She is quick and efficient--knows her "stuff." Top-notch!

Currently going to my PCP for a referral to a plastic surgeon because she did such a poor job on a excision of a small mole which she didn't show the slightest concern for until I persisted in having it removed. When the mole came back with the vague "atypical cells" report, it all of a sudden became immediately urgent that I have a hastily done excision of margins. Staff casually played phone tag with me for nearly 3 weeks before I could finally get an idea that this needed more invasive follow up. I now have an approximately 2 inch long incision from over a month ago with the edges not approximated together whatsoever. She placed over a dozen sutures for a 2-3mm lesion and educated me on none of this before hand. Dr. Talley was then no where to be found for any follow up after her total hack job of a procedure. All around awful experience, rude receptionist hung up on me after I politely requested to have my medical records sent to me so I could seek further care (due to the overall… ineptitude of services provided). Medical assistant provided me with the only remote explanation of anything that occured. I cannot say enough bad things about my experience. All told her botched cutting and sloppy suturing, will cost me over $1,000.

I like Dr. Talley. Treating my family for 20 years.

I was not on any insurance, the service was very good, price for no insurance reasonable, got the medication and doing very well.

I was recommend, by many people at church to see Dr Talley, I received prompt service. Dr Talley doesn't mess around , get right to the problem and treats. I will highly recommend Dr. Talley to friends and family.

I saw Dr. Tally in the past for several reasons associated with facial dandruff. I was told to wash my head with Selsun Blue and then bring the shampoo down onto my face to relieve of itching I had on my face. After about 1 month of this I ended up with a rash on my face. Saw the doc again and was put on nizoral cream for a fungal infection. 1 month later, worse again and was sent home with a bag of medicines which I later called a bag of tricks. Long story short, saw the doctor for about a year or more and no luck with the problem even after antibiotics.Saw a different doc who told me not to use those meds, not to use such techniques with shampoos and not to use harsh antibiotics I was prescribed. After 6 weeks of seeing the new doc, problem solved. All I did was gave up the meds I was put on and used ZNP facial soap for 6 weeks with Cetaphil combination wash and problem was resolved. Always get a second opinion!!

She removed squamous cell carcinoma from my back. The next day I developed a terrible rash that spread over my entire body. I went back to see her and she barely looked at me. She then misdiagnosed this as a "fungus" and sent me off to buy a $75 tube of fungal lotion that was worthless. Then she sent me to an allergist - a few hundred more dollars. The entire time she acted as though I was irritating her for coming back for follow up after this procedure. She was rude and never did help me with this rash that lasted for a full year. This is the worst doctor I have ever been to.

I came in for advice on clearing up scarring and she prescribed me acne medication instead, and was already out of the door before I could even say anything. She is, without a doubt, the worst doctor I have ever been to. She is just in it to make money and does not care about patients. I have horrible scars on my back from biopsies done here. The receptionist was equally rude. If you're looking to simply get a prescription, I guess this doctor would be okay, but you will not get any quality care from her. Waste of money and dangerous for your health.

Talley has a terrible bedside manner, staff is rude and hostile. Would not release my medical records when I asked for them (in order to get a second opinion), which is in violation of FEDERAL LAW! This doctor is only looking to make quick bucks on unnecessary procedures. I've had skin exams annually for numerous years, but she is only looking to bill patients/insurance--she barely glanced at my skin, never looked at my scalp, and never looked at moles under a magnifier. She's cut-happy and is has ruined my skin from an unnecessary biopsy. Save yourself the trauma, time, and money--DO NOT SEE THIS "DOCTOR"!!!!

Spends the least possible time with you-when I scheduled a full body check she glanced at me front and back and asked what I thought might be a problem!! I can't even see my back!! Unfortunately, I had a skin cancer on my face ( which I brought to her attention ). She said the scar would be small-its over an inch long and needed about 6 stitches! She had her nurse remove the stitches and did not even look at me. When the stitches came out I had a large raised area at the end of the scar the size of a large pimple or cyst. When I went in about it she had the nurse give me a little sample of Mederma and said come back in 6 mos if that didn't help! THIS IS MY FACE AND I'M UPSET AND SHE ACTS LIKE ITS JUST NOT IMPORTANT!!!! Now I have an appt with a plastic surgeon (which is who I should have had do the surgery)and I'm hoping they can make it look better but I'm sure it will be expensive. I wouldn't take my dog to her-she's only in medicine to make a buck!
