Dr. PAM has always been a wonderful dr. Good personality, compassionate, caring. Takes time with you and listens. Dr. TIM IS GREAT TOO.

The front check-in person Kelly was very rude and impatient . Phone calls would take days to return even for important matters. Dr. Pam didn’t seem compassionate . Overall bad experience on a number of occasions especially with the lack of return calls and rude staff

As usual, my experience was terrific! These doctors and their staff are excellent.

If this rating was solely about Dr. Pam, I would give HER 10 stars. In the past year, I don't know what happen to the "original" receptionist or staff but the people they have answering the phones and scheduling appointments now are rude and unprofessional. I called to schedule my yearly appointment with Dr. Pam. The scheduler informed me that I had to wait 2 months for an appointment. Well, today I received a voicemail saying that I need to reschedule my appointment to a appointment on the same day only 15 minutes later. When I called to confirm the later appointment the scheduler stated that they gave that appointment to somebody else and the next available appointment was 2 hours later. I informed her I needed to come in early due to my work schedule and fasting. She told me to come in and do the blood work and then come back to see the doctor a month later. WHAT!!!! She then continues to tell me that if you wanted an early morning appointment you would have wait an… another 2.5 weeks from the original appointment. REALLY???? Dr. Pam is the best PC I've had but after all of this and the rudeness of the new staff it really makes me want to find someone else.

Dr.Pam is a wonderful Doctor. I've been seeing her for years. But, the front staff is terrible. They are the farthest from friendly, in person and over the phone. It may be time to switch.

Dont call during their lunch break, no one will answer the phone, nor will they return your message. Receptionist answering the phone is rude. I was a returning patient, they moved their office, it was further to go so I went to a closer physician, they told me they do not take back old patients, like we broke up or something.....its a shame, perhaps they dont need the business and I feel they are running their office as a business, not as doctors who are concerned for someone's health.
