My "free" annual check up cost me $950! Why? Because NP Alina Zubrickaite told me all the unnecessary tests she prescribed would be 100% covered by my insurance. Yes, I was an idiot to take her at her word, but she assured me not once but several times that everything would be covered. When I went back to the office and presented my bills, they denied responsibility. If you value honesty and integrity, find another doctor.

We have both have been going to Dr Banias for years. Dr Banias takes the time to explain, and is very proactive and believes in a preventative medicine approach. my husband had the very slightest symptom's of Parkinson and Dr Banias is the one who noticed very unnoticable symptom'.. Because of this we were able to move on the chronic disease and hubby doing great. Dr Banias has an MD as well as PHD and is a humble but brilliant Doctor. He is a friend. cares about each patient ..If there is a bit of a wait , it is worth it because he and his nurse Debbie take time with each patient. It is defiantly not an issue. Dr Banias is an outstanding Intern and also has a wonderful bedside manor and wonderful sense of humor which often takes the edge off a nervous nelly like me haha..We have the utmost confidence in Dr Banias...

I can not rate for accurateness of diagnosis because I am still in the process of assessment. Dr. Banias and his staff are pleasant, courteous, I am able to rate his level of expertise because I am a medical para-professional. I am deeply and positively impressed with his care.

Ive heard them talking poorly about patients while sitting in the waiting room, they put u on hold for min. 5 mins every time I call, they hang up without saying goodbye and the drs been inaccurate in any diagnosis...hes just excited to write scripts and get u out. The final straw is the call back I recieved (which by the way its was WEEKS after my test and I had to call them repeatedly today to get a response). He was extremely rude and yelled at me on the phone when I was merely asking him questions!!! This office is a joke and unless u need a script w. No resolution to your problem, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE!

There isnt enough I can say to adequately sum up what an amazing person dr. B is. Forget doctor hes in a class all by himself as far what hurdles hes willing to go through for his patients. If your looking for a doctor that truley puts the needs of his patients first. Dr. B as his patient who love him refer to him, is the man for you.

I remember him yelling at me saying, " you can go and see another doctor or you let me do my job" when I told him that he gave me Creon for pancreatic enzyme elevation, amylase, and did not tell me. He just said you have problem with your pancreas. No further explanation. No diagnosis of pancreatitis, i have never taken alcohol in my life, I have umbilical hernia filled with fat according to CT scan, this can cause blockage in the intestine, which can also cause amylase elevation. I ate much food with carbohydrates, i am digesting them. i am considering opinion from the surgeon who said I can come back if i consider surgery. I am now considering surgery because it can be a para-umbilical hernia. Dr. Banias will not listen to me at all. This is my body I know what I am feeling. The CT did not show or diagnosed Pancreatitis, my GI doctor did not give a diagnosis of pancreatitis. A doctor should listen to patients and reason with them not trying to control their life. I pay… insurance I am not on public aid or medicare.
