CHRONIC PAIN PATIENTS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! Dr "G" as he prefers to be called is RUDE/CONDESCENDING/Lacks Empathy/Compassion and is Woefully lacking in his bedside manner! Dr "G" DEMANDED my ENTIRE family deductible for a Trial Spinal Cord Stimulator ( I had consults with memorial about charity care i don't have 3,000 laying around and Memorial approved, But Oh NO you don't Dr G said) so I sought out a 2nd and 3rd opinion. So because Dr G got his underwear in a bunch he discharged me even though there was a solution around it, Dr G was PROFITS OVER PATIENTS! Oh and if you are looking for opioid pain management good luck with that, you will be treated like a drug seeker, Remember Dr G is never wrong, so if his count is off of yours .... WATCH OUT! Dr G will start shoving NEEDLESS and MOST OFTEN INEFFECTIVE Injections, Nerve Blocks and Spinal Cord Stimulators. Dr G is NOT a neurosurgeon so he will NOT be able to perform a laminectomy on the spinal cord where the paddle will be placed, (… the percutaneous leads are KNOWN TO MOVE & MIGRATE!!! That is why the paddle is more effective at providing better coverage in your "TARGET AREAS" ALL OF THESE 1 STAR REVIEWS ARE TRUE & HONEST FOLKS! CHRONIC PAIN PATIENTS DEMAND QUALITY OF LIFE & NOT TO BE TREATED LIKE A DRUG SEEKER!! Patients Over Profits!

He said I couldn't orive I was in pain because the MRI wasn't done yet I'd been on pain meds for 8 years and he cut me off and walked out. I just moved here from out if state and nowhere to go. He pushes ppl so suicide and the streets as he doesn't care. Suicide rate is very high in this town. Too high! MRI CAME IN and now on meds after weeks of god awful withdrawals and extreme pain. Never hated anybody before but can make an exception!

Met with Dr. G regarding my pain in my right arm. We came up with a plan of action. After the injection I began to experience horrible headaches and the pain in the nerves were aggravated. Had a phone follow up, Dr. G seemed distracted and handed the phone over to set up an appointment. Went in and expressed my concerns. his response was "it did not work" we can do another injection. I was like no thank you. If it did not work the first time, why would I want another injection. Took nearly 5 weeks to feel somewhat normal.

Worst Dr I have even had to deal with . This man has no clue !!! He’s rude disrespectful. And shouldn’t even be practicing.

I get where some people called him arrogant. When I first met him I thought the same thing. However, after seeing him a few times I found him caring and understanding. I've had a few epidurals and he's been very gentle.

Only went to him as my previous dr did not take my new insurance from my new job.. 1st visit Dr Guglani has all my medical files. Has me pee for drugs or fine no biggie. Tells me he want another MRI from their hospital and a nerve test.. from their hospital.. Whatever I know each dr is required to do hoops for insurance to do treatments And gives me pain medicine after I specifically stated I didn’t want narcotics or opioids.. and that one didn’t work I was on it before.. he stated try it again anyway.. 2nd visit Test done in a 2 wk period.. Came in gave results (100% different then what my previous dr had stated) Started to talk about the blocker shots my previous dr had already done but to keep trying different areas until the correct location was found.. So here is what I said “So the spinal cord stimulator I came to see you about is not an option? I really do not want to be a pincushion till you find the right spot and I do not want narcotic nor opioid pain medication”… He stated I offended him and didn’t need me as a patient and said we were done and left the room.. Bet your sweet patootie he still charges me and my insurance for the 5 min visit he walked out of!! Please seek a different pain management dr..

I was being treated by this so called dr when he was at u of m after a unsuccessful fusion.He gave me a lot of injections and recommended my chronic pain stimulater be removed so that I could have a mri done.when I woke up in the recovery room he told me he was not a neurosurgeon and could only remove the battery and I would have to go to a doctor that could.He caused two surgeries on me that never should of happened.To top it off my original fusion never took.So he either new it and took advantage of Medicaid or was to ignorant to know. I wish I would of talked to a attorney like I was told to,but I didn’t. I would never take my dog to this quack

Don’t know why others had a bad time with Dr G. But as a former addict he was willing to listen to my concerns about pain medications and helped explain alternative options to control pain in back. We settled on shots he explained the the first 2 series Won’t last but 4-8 weeks they are to determine and verify correct positioning of shots, after 2 nd series he said that they have rhe correct nerves verified and when pain returns they will donthe burning of rhe nerves which could last up to 6 months to 2 years, he explained everyone is different and could not guarantee exact length, was willing to answer any questions or concerns. Me personally find him a caring and competent Pain Doctor

At first I thought no personality but after going to him a few times I now find him to be very nice and caring, he helps me a lot with meds and injections.

This guy has a 1.8 rating for a reason. I’ve never dealt with a DR so rude and clueless. Lack of compassion or understanding whatsoever. I felt like I was talking to a robot!
