I personally have a pleasure to Recommend him for the best Internal Medicine to the patients and conatct hom first before consulting any others for their health problem. He is a great Human.He never see the aoportunity as a source of Income and always ready to serve the people any time you call him.

Doc does not care about you

No pick phone

This is the worst service i have ever gotten. The receptionist does not understand what i am asking and Dr. Pankaj has no care for his patients. He keeps patients waiting for hours. And when he comes in to finally see you he goes straight to the computer without even saying hi or hello. He has no regard for patient care and i am changing doctors immediately.

He is very good in treating the patients. I am very happy and I have been going there from last 14 years. He is very considerate. Thanks Sri.

Waited 4 hrs to see d doctor and still waiting . And when he meet us ... 2 mins and we are out. I is one of the worst doctor and never going back.

Worst Service. We have been going to this doctor from years as he is affordable. They give appointment and every time you have wait almost hour to see the Doctor. Every patient that visit the office have to wait for ever, even after appointments. This time it was height my mom had appointment at 3:30 and kept waiting till 6:30pm, Why? For a 5 minute appointment waiting hours. Happens every-time this Dr has no respect for his patients time and pain. Sorry Dr , I wish you don't have to wait for hours in lobby as some day you will be old and sick. Take my advice if you have insurance go to someone else or you will be kept waiting for hours, else happy waiting.

Today is the first time I visited Dr Pankaj Patel. It was an emergency appointment and I had to walk in. I requested for an appointment and they agreed when I told my condition and said it was urgent. I initially tried to go to Dr Hitesh Patel (I have been his patient for last 3-4 years) and they denied appointment saying I'll have to wait for 3 days (Reall?? For an emergency). I was seen by Dr Pankaj Patel and had some infection and God's grace I met him that day as my heart rate was elevated too. He was a God in disguise to me. He will be my future doctor. Great technologies and super awesome front staff. There have been many negative reviews I see here mostly which says about the wait time. When I went it was relatively less wait and I would happily wait if it was someone with an emergency having to check-in before me.

This doctor doesn't know how to treat a patient. The whole entire time he was just starring at his computer. He couldn't resolve the problem I was having. I would never recommend this doctor for anybody!!!

I like Dr. Pankaj Patel's diagnosis, we have good faith in his advice and we are his patients for last 16 years. No complaints so far. We find him good. In USA , all patients are to be known that whatever symptom they have they need to check on internet before visiting doctor so that they can ask doctor accordingly. All doctors always see Insurance first. He is not greedy kinda man. Does not charge for pages of report nor gives report only upon visit like few doctors in Edison, NJ.
