Dr. Papaiah Sreepada, MD

My PCP suggested the new Emgality injections for relief of my Chronic migraines. The initial start up is 2 injections (30 day longevity). Two days later I was in the ER with a severe allergic reaction. They ordered a host of tests. I was then refered to a Neurologist in Joplin. He reviewed them and said wrote a Rx for Steroids. 2 weeks later my symptoms were cont'd to advance with addtn'l symptoms surfacing. I ask my PCP to refer me to another Neutologist. She ssf suggested Dr. Sreepada. After his review of all my tests and had answers to all my conditions, even those not related to the Migranes. My husband & I both were blown away by his due diligence, attention to detail and spot on treatment. I can not say enough how Blessed I am to have found him. ??????????

Once he found out it was workers Comp he didn’t care about me. Would not fully answer all my questions.

Dr Sreepada and his staff have been good to us. We have been seeing him for 8 years now. He studies the records before the appointment which is nice and speeds things up. Many doctor's unfortunately do not. It is obvious he knows epilepsy very well! We have seen many neurologists over the years. He takes the time needed and has addressed questions well.

Dr. Sreepada is a very positive doctor. While in the hospital my husband saw 3 different neuro docs. Dr. Sreepada took the most time with my husband and listened to him. I also liked that after his diagnosis he offered to refer us for a 2nd opinion. He doesn't belittle you or make you feel stupid. If you are negative by nature I can see where you might not appreciate Dr. Sreepada's bedside manner. He doesn't like to talk about the "worst case scenario". He was very encouraging. The only complaint I have is he can tend to talk over you sometimes. He makes sure you understand & his office staff is wonderful!

Dr. Sreepada is a wonderful neurologist. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field. He is detail oriented. He is direct and to the point; which is something that I appreciate very much. The diagnosis that he made pertaining to my health was correct. I was extremely ill when I first saw Dr. Sreepada. I was referred to Dr. Sreepada by an ER doctor at Cox South. Dr. Sreepada was the first doctor to actually figure out what was wrong with me, and to get me on the path of healing. Due to having to go to another part of the country for a period of time, the diagnosis he made was confirmed by several other prestigious neurologists in N.J.. In addition, after returning and again under Dr. Sreepadaâ??s care I followed his instructions and took the medication appropriately. As a result my health has been greatly improved. I have a life again; filled with purpose and I am doing things now, that I didnâ??t think I would ever have the capacity to do. Granted, I still have to follow… his instructions and take medications, but the quality of my life has been greatly changed for the better. There was a time, when the ability to do certain things, like reading and retaining information, walking and talking, was nothing more than a dream. Dreams do come true, they just take time and personal determination, which is not easy when you are sick. In addition to the health care that he provides, the staff that works with him is an amazing team that is very supportive, caring and encouraging. Healing is a process, healing the brain takes longerâ?¦ but as a patient.. when the healing comes â?? amazing things happen. I am now a published author, I am a student, I am embracing life! If you need a highly knowledgeable neurologist, I highly recommend Dr. Sreepada.

I am so skeptical when looking for a good Psychiatrist to see these doctors who have added Psychiatry to their list of specialties. Is this doctor a surgeon, a neurologist? Is he really a highly trained Psychiatrist? I need someone who can do therapy and is skilled in complex psychopharmacology.

Before I went to Dr Sreepadas office I brought the paper work that caused my condition thinking that they would want to make copies of it since this is what caused my condition. They didn't want to make copies of it, also when I told Dr Sreepadas that I didn't like they way that this medication made me feel that he put me on, he didn't care just wrote more scripts, turns out the medication didn't work. Dr Sreepadas just wants to run a bunch of tests on me that I can't afford. Based on the way his staff, office people and himself he obviously doesn't have my best interest at heart. I request a different a different doctor, did not get one will be filing a complaint against him and his office for the poor quality service.

During my first visit, he didn't take me seriously. I was so mad, I demanded a referral to another clinic. Once I did see the other specialist, the doctor there sent a letter with recommended changes for Sreepada to make, and for followup tests to be performed. That letter sat in a secretary's inbox for 3 months... untouched! I won't see him again.
