My husband waited 2 hours, had to leave to go to work and dr Patel said he would never treat him again, because he walked out.. My husband found out later he was diabetic and contracted covid and almost died. Had he had been seen that day .or been able to reschedule, he would have been treated for the diabetes and may not have had to go on a ventilator.i cant believe a dr would refuse to reschedule him and say he could no longer be his patient!

I booked a visit as a first time patient. After 2 phone calls they could (would) not tell me what the visit would cost.

The office and staff are very accommodating. Listens and has tests ordered to help get answers.

Dr. Patel takes the time to listen to my concerns and takes appropriate measures to solve my issues.

I have been a patient of Dr. Patel for 8 years. You can get an appointment very quickly, very little waiting time at the office, he is always very cheerful spends time with you and LISTENS to what you have to say, explains condition and treatment, AND....... he is very patient, caring, and empathetic. He is also not a pill pusher but will prescribe medication when/if other avenues have failed or when it is absolutely needed. He really works with you and makes you feel that you are working as a team.

Unfortunately I have been going through lots of medical problems and even with my test results and being in an extream amount of pain he would always beat around the bush about my pain and results.Today being in the office in tears from pain he suggests I may have a drug problem!!! Extremly uncalled for!! how do you accuse a patient of that where there not even on pain medicine nor have they been!! I am appalled ! I will be seeking medical attention from another office in town and will NOT recommend him to anyone! I am a hard working woman and to be discredited as I was, was certainly discusting ! He doesn't listen to you when your trying to explain what's wrong! Not for nothing but its my body I know when something's not right!

I have had the best overall experience with Dr. Parag Patel. I highly recommend him to not only Geriatric Patients but the entire family.

Dr.P.Patel has always be responsive to my needs.i have diabeties and he has brought it undercontrol through meds/diet,has returned calls and answered questions.have been patient 3years.

I truly enjoy Dr. Patel. He is a soft spoken knowledgeable medical professional. I have never had a problem with any treatment or recommendation given by Dr. Patel. He always calls me back and takes time to answer my questions (even at 6:30pm). I would recommend Dr. Patel to anyone looking to find a General Practitioner.
