Dr. Parchelle D Connally, MD

I have reported this doctor to the Georgia composite board of medicine. She is highly neglectful of her patients, does not do refills, is late to her appointments, and does not answer messages no matter how many are sent. I went to Kaiser glenlake for an in person appointment. I have three fractured vertebrae in my lumbar. All I request is Motrin (ibuprofen). She told me I could get it over the counter the regular ibuprofen but did reluctantly agree to refill it. After the appointment was done I told her I was reporting her. She literally pulled the prescription when I got to the pharmacy. The tech and pharmacist looked embarrassed on her part for such negligent and petty behavior.

Dr. Connally and her staff are excellent. I am thankful Dr. Connally was referred by another physician. She takes the time to listen to her patients with deep concern. She prescribed a treatment plan that work well for me and has given me considerable pain relief. I'm so fortunate to have her as my pain management doctor.

Went to multiple doctors within the Kaiser system and no one could diagnose what the issue was. Multiple doctors thought it was a herniated disk but after getting a epidural and still not having any relief was pretty depressed about treatment options. Saw Dr Connally and she thought it may have been a facet joint. And it was! Finally relief in over a year of having this pain!

I was seen today by Dr. Connally for a follow up visit for pain management. I was very pleased with her demeanor and professionalism. Dr. Connally has put a very effective pain management program in place for me. As a result, my pain has decreased tremendously. I wish there were more medical doctors of her caliber!

Good luck getting her to respond to you in any matter. She neglects patients. My injection was delayed an entire month because she wouldn't approve the treatment and it just sat on her desk. No bedside manner, obvious she doesn't care and mistreats patients. She shouldn't be allowed to treat patients. Shame on Kaiser for allowing her to continue. I called several times and sent several messages and she NEVER responds. Worthless.

I would never recommend this dr to anyone. She is unprofessional , unethical and even abusive on occasion to her patients and staff. She misdiagnoses then refuses to accept she may be wrong.

I have always been very pleased with Dr. Connally. She was always very pleasant, professional & caring. I saw her every 3 months, as the law requires for the types of medicines I was perscriped. She was always offering & explaining different types of mrdicines, doses & alternatives. She always answered any questions, without being condescending. I had her as myPain Management doctor for 6 years. I wish she still had her practice in this area. I would surely still be seeing her & would highly recommend her.

Almost impossible to contact. Won't renew refills without office visit. Treats patients with a great deal of disrespect. Makes it impossible to get refills on time and then becomes angry if you run out of medication. Very unpleasant experience.
