Dr. Pardeep Kumar, MD

Was listed as my primary care provider for 6 months. Worst EVER encounter with a "physician." He had me in tears on the 1st visit. Very assertive & insulting. Notes on chart stating he advised me of actions & advice that he NEVER discussed. I brought this to the attention of the medical office & they did not care! He did not include advice/recommendations for specific symptoms/illnesses for which physicians are advised to alert to patients. Most recent encounter was last straw. Employer asked for medical form-Kumar refused to sign because he had completed form a similar form 4 months prior! Take my advice & AVOID this man! Evidently Medical Schools in India do not teach the Hippocratic oath. PLEASE seek another physician if you want a caring & knowledgable physician!

I went to Dr.Kumar after suffering a week long episode of diverticulosis. I have suffered off and on with this for 15 years. He was 45 minutes late for an early morning appointment. Then he spent another 20 minutes lecturing me on the value of being a vegetarian. Had he looked at my records,he would have seen that my blood tests are all excellent. Instead he talked about the importance of not eating meat (he classifies seafood and poultry as meat) and regular exercise. Had he asked he would have found that I do regular exercise a minimum of 30 minutes a day. He never offered me any assistance for relieving pain or suggestions on avoiding another attack. At 65 years old I have no desire to become a vegetarian nor do I need a lecture. I left there with instructions to watch his vegetarian hero on U Tube. Total waste of time! He doesn't "Push Pills" on you, like many do. He got me off my Cholesterol pills, by changing my diet. He takes time to listen to your concerns, answer all questions, very thorough with symptoms and treatment, doesn't hesitate if you need a specialist. If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would!
