Dr. Paresh V Sheth, MD

I started going to dr sheth for seizures. DO NOT GO TO THIS DR WITH SEIZURES!!! I was told after going to Nashville epileptic monitoring unit for 6 days. I was told by Dr sheth that he had found they were all epileptic seizures and found exactly which part of the brain they were coming from. 4 days later, I had 17 seizures within 2 hours, went in an ambulance to Jenny Stuart, his hospital, where he told the Dr in the e.r. he couldn't help me, I needed to be sent back to Nashville. When Nashville said no bc they had done their job a month prior. He said I needed to c a psychiatrist! I made an appointment with him for the very next day bc I didn't want to take my medication until I spoke with him. I went in after having him as my Dr for 6 months, he tells me that he doesn't specialize in seizures! He deals with neck and back pain! And on another note, he does not prescribe pain medication. I had to wait to be sent to pain management by my primary care, not him, and found myself having… less seizures bc a lot of the seizures were from my neck and back pain!! I have no idea what he may be able to treat, but it's not what it says. I have no faith in this man as not only a neurologist, but as a pain management as well.

I came to Dr Sheth because I knew of him and of other Neurologists in the area.I cannot say enough good things of Dr Sheth. He will not play with someone's health. If he is not certain of their condition and cannot help them, he will send them to another provider for treatment, he will not keep "testing" and trying things on them.......I highly recommend Dr Sheth
