Whomever does their billing cannot read English or understand insurance cards. They also lie, cover up their screw-ups then turn you in to collection because of their billing error. I had excellent Government insurance paying 80% of my doctor bills. The back of the card gave the telephone, address and name of the company to send the bill (Meritain). They sent it to a company I have never heard of in my life. Where they got that company name, I have no blessed idea. Mind, you all my office visits before this instance were paid in full as were all the visits since. This one was denied because they sent it to the wrong company. They never brought it to my attention until two years after the fact. When I showed them their error, they looked me right in the eye and said i gave them the wrong company and telephone. NO! They copied the wrong information. Now I am retired and am getting called from Collection agrencies because of their ignorance . STAY AWAY from this practice unless you… have a nice bank account to draw on years down the road when they pull this on someone else.

Eye surgery performed was not harmful, but has been confirmed by another ophthalmologist as being unnecessary. Is Dr. Shenoy just bilking Medicare?
