I have extremely complex endocrine problems that other endocrinologists could not handle. Dr. Verma is the best.

Dr. Verma called with the results of a test. I missed the call by three minutes because I was on my way home from work at the time. I called back, and got a busy signal for 90 minutes. Then when I finally got through, I was sent to voice mail for test results. I left messages - for three days. Finally, someone from the office staff called, dropped a bomb on me in terms of a diagnosis, and then casually said, "Come back in a year for another test." No follow up? No further investigation to find out what's causing the condition? No counseling or advice as to how to manage the condition? Just "come back in a year?" In my family history, the condition can be fatal if overlooked or taken so casually. I am now in a situation where I have this diagnosis, and have to find another doctor who will actually do the follow-up a physician is SUPPOSED to do!

I have always had a good experience with waiting time, friendly staff, time spent in patient room just hard to get a hold of Dr. when needed.

I was in a very new office on Marne Highway. The waiting room was comfortable and quiet (no television) and, the receptionist from friendly and forthcoming. The exam rooms were roomy and had up to date medical equipment. Overall very nice.
