Improved since the last time. Provider made phone call in order to check up on patients well being. It did not seem as if it was a waste of time, and the staff has improved as well. Provider would listen asked questions and listened to questions asked by patient.

very difficult to get a hold of when need is urgent ,, n on phone have to wait for re call and need to talk to her in a resonable amount of time have ailing hubs and we get stuck taking care of ourselves,,and shes not able to refere us a ambulance,,help us,,

Dr. Schwab replaced another Dr who had been treating me for a few years. In her first appointment with me she performed a thorough exam; more so than the previous several rheumatologists who have treated my condition. She drew her own conclusions, made recomendations, and ultimately helped more than any previous doctor. On top of that, she noticed many other things of concern and referred me to other clinics to follow up. I am gratefull for Dr. Schwab who has literally put me back on my feet, and would recommend her to anyone with an arthritic condition.

My overall experience turned out to be extremely disappointing due to the lack of being made to feel that time was wasted and that mental health was viewed to be more important that physical diagnosis. My likes that yes,she made sure to wash hands according to protocols. Dislikes on the other hand was being made to feel inapt and uncaring when patient is supposedly given an assessment of their condition as a mental health issue. Therefore, there was absolutely no professional medical opinions made when assisting another provider. It is vital for healthcare providers to value the patient and not allow personal morals and or ethical views to override the necessary medical assessment when evaluating a patient. Additionally, making sure that a patients' medical records has been reviewed and recievement of a complete re-evaluation should have been acted upon. There is absolutely no room for personal views, beliefs and judgement is made putting a patients health at risk.
