Dr. Patrice Lynnette High, DO

Always a pleasant visit. Gives sound, knowledgeable advice, cares about the whole person and doesn't see me as just another patient.

Rude and unprofessional. She acted annoyed whenever I asked a question and at one point rolled her eyes.

I have only been Dr. high's patient for a few months. I have seen her twice and I am very impressed with her care, compassion and the way she listens to my concerns. I am so happy I was able to find a female DO in the Columbia area.

Worst Doctor I have ever crossed paths with. She does not listen. She has no understanding of basic problems. Her common reply is that is not my "forte" She must lie about her skills because my medical problems fell within her strengths according to what she advertises. She is rude and even mean. She will lie in order to get rid of you. Her staff calls themselves "nurses" but some are not. They refuse to give proof of their licensing. They do not understand basic medical terminology or diseaeses. They messed up my prescriptions several times because they dont understand what they are doing. They miscommunicate important test results because they dont understand the words in the report. Then they lie to the doctor about it. They have are rude mean insensitive. None of them have any place caring for people. I wouldn't let them watch my dog. I wish I could go below 1â?? for accurate diagnosis bedside manner spends time with me and follows up after visit. It is that bad!

Her "nurse" acts friendly until you need something and then it is like she is going out of here way to do her job. Dr. High is very short with her answers and becomes sarcastic and demeaning when pushed for more. She even said if you don't like it then you are free to find another doctor.

Dr. High is caring and listens tome as if she is really concerned about my complete health. She didn't have much time to spend with her patience after she started working for a LARGE medical practice (she warned me). But, I followed her anyway. Because of a billing misunderstand, the practice dropped me as a patient; therefore, I had to find a new Dr. After having Dr . High for about 8 years. I'm told that She has since left that practice and joined another one. I am currently trying to locate her in order to become her patient again.

I actually walked out of their office. Between the front desk, practitioner and the doctor, I was told three different stories of the course of events. It kept changing. I only wanted a prescription refill. The doctor made it clear within the first 30 seconds of opening her rude mouth that she was ready to leave for the day. Then she told me to go to the lab, which I had to find myself. Once inside the lab, no one would tell me what was happening. Next thing you know, I was getting a needle stuck in my arm. How odd that no one would begin to explain this to the patient? I got up and made a scene and then left. Even once I complained, they were still completely rude to me. How can you possibly run a business like this? How do they remain employed?

Worst bedside manner ever. Abrubt, rushed, rolled eyes, made faces and sarcastic comments.

I find the office clean, friendly and prompt seeing the Dr High. I have been a Patient for three years. Good at giving referrarls. Always pleasent. she spend time asking question and answering my concerns. My toe was broken, i did not complain til i went for my yearly physical. she had my foot xrayed found i had two broken toes. and sent me immediately to an orthro pedic Dr. She show compassion

I am very concerned why Dr. High would have a nurse contact me instead of contacting me herself.
