Dr. Patrice Patterson, MD

We have used Dr. P for 15 years. We have a 15 year old, 11 year old, and an 8 month old that all see Dr. P. During our time as patients service has been consistent. It is easy to get in to the office, but wait time in the office/room is usually very long, Dr. P listens thoroughly to concerns and does not make me feel rushed during the appointment. She explains what treatments are recommended and why they are important. She takes time to answer questions; I appreciate that. A few times we have had to come back for misdiagnosis but it was during treatments of allergies and/or asthma which often give same symptoms. She does not typically follow up with us after the visit but does recommend that we follow up with her. Her staff services all doctors at the clinic and they are often revolving. I've had a few instances with rude receptionists and other staff (not her nurse who is amazing) and when I advise the office manager she doesn't seem concerned with anything I have to say. If… I feel it's important enough I just tell Dr. P and she has it addressed.
