Office doesn't return phone calls.They rarely pick up the phone.

I had to call the office to get set up as a new patient and I spoke to Giselle.. She was AMAZING!!! Extremely helpful and helped me jump all the hurdles needed in the process!!

Very poor manners doesn’t treat her patients with respect and is very rude when you ask her a question and doesn’t listen when you talk to her. DO NOT RECOMMEND her At All nasty to people.

Dr. Alexander is not too bad as a physician, however, if U need to make an appt., or call for any reason they rarely answer the phone. Your given the opportunity to leave a message for a call back but you NEVER get a return call! I highly recommend if you need a Dr. don't go there! I called 4 days in a row, no answer so I left messages and NOT one call was returned! Needless to say, I changed my primary care Dr to another one where they actually answer the phone!

She has been my doctor for just over three years now. I know she does not make herself available to patients. Up to 48 hours when you are sick is ok but she makes you wait 2-3 weeks then they have to find the right type of visit- sick, we’ll check, or follow up.If you haven’t healed or died by the time your appointment comes around you will leave her office feeling like you payed for your time being wasted. I am looking for another doctor

Office never answers phone and if they do you are on hold for 10 minutes and more. After waiting a week for dr to sign orders for PT we we went for an office visit. Medical assistant failed to call in orders for PT until next day when I called several times. Upon release from hospital the week before, orders for PT sat waiting to be signed 3 days with no communication to patient. patient called several times which totals over 1 hour of phone time including hold time and voice mail and every attempt to get a person to talk to her. Patient is in awful shape now because the PT needed has still not started because of dr office neglecting to follow thru and it’s been over a week. Nurse practitioner we saw was awesome but if MA does not do her job than it reflects on dr. It would be awesome if they hired another 1-2 people to answer phone. Every patient matters!!!!

it is disrespectful and irresponsible treated me. I was a patient there for five years. I have not been at it for about a year. a couple of weeks ago, I got into the emergency room. ENGLISH I was given the conclusion that in my breast I has a tumor and it must be removed within three days. suspicion of cancer. she refused to see me urgently, and told to wait another two weeks. I spent all day on a phone, and her stuff was just putting me on hold for a 40 min each time. I will never go back to this doctor . I think she just discriminating me because I am Russian.

Dr. Alexander is friendly and spends time with me, but recent experience has been beyond frustrating. There was no follow-up to discuss results of lab tests. I called four times over 2 weeks requesting the information before getting it, and found out no lipid panel was requested in the testing, despite previous tests indicating high cholesterol. Assistant behaves in nervous manner, which did not give me confidence. Am going to seek different physician.
