Dr. Patricia Jean Andrews, MD

She has been my doctor for over 13 years and have always received excellent care and follow up. She takes time to listen to ailments and refers to specialists promptly when required. If a scheduled appointment time is going to be delayed for more than a few minutes, due to unforeseen events, her staff advises me immediately and I am given the option of either rescheduling for another day or waiting until she comes available. Her staff has always been cheerful and of great assistance.

Has always provided excellent service. I'm 64, with COPD, Emphysema and she has been my doctor for 9 years. I would recommend her to anyone.

The staff at this office is unprofessional and rude. Loudly discussed my confidential medical information with me with other patients sitting 5 feet away in the waiting room. Quit going to see Dr. Andrews because the appointments times were delayed by 1-1.5 hours. My time is valuable too. If you like rude staff who discuss your medical conditions loudly and have all the time in the world to wait for a scheduled appointment then this is the place for you.

She takes her time with you& reviews your chart and explains things to you in a way you will understand

I love Dr. Andrews and have been a loyal patient for years. Her staff, however, is atrocious. They're extremely rude, unwilling to give you 5 minutes on the telephone, and are beyond unprofessional. The office manager, who has been there for years, is the worst. I will probably be looking for another primary care doctor in the very near future because of her staff.

The staff at this office are horrible. I blame this on the doctor as they are miserable for a reason. They refuse to direct bill insurance, causing problems for consumers and they do not confirm appt nor are they in any way polite or curteous. I quickly realized this after only one visit and changed docs immediately. Save yourself some time and look elsewhere.
