Dr. Patricia Beauzile, MD

I went into labor and Dr. Beauzile was on call at the hospital. She used forceps unnecessarily, against my wishes, and I've had to have three procedures since to attempt to correct the damage and now have to go back into the operating room for reconstructive surgery. She didn't tell me the extent of damage that was done, and I didn't know until four months post partum in an evaluation from another doctor. She did not provide proper aftercare instructions and never followed up with a referral for pelvic floor PT which she mentioned I may want. She was not warm or friendly and talked about me with the nurses as if I was not in the room throughout my delivery. She did not seem to know what she was doing and had several 'brainstorming' sessions with nurses during delivery, asking them for ideas. Once the baby was born I never saw her again. I would go to a different hospital if she is the doctor on call. I may never fully recover from the poor job she did for an unnecessary procedure.

I truly adore her, she deviled my son a month ago, and made me feel so comfortable. She was wonderful and I wouldn’t have rather had anyone else do it. So grateful to this woman! ??

I would not trust her with my care at all. She seems very unsure of what she says and makes rude faces when talking to you. There’s no way I’d want her involved in my care.

Bled heavily for a month after a "biopsy" she butchered. Extremely painful. She didn't even apologize. I hope she's refined her skills by now...
