Dr. Patricia Lynn Bononi, MD

Dr. Patricia L Bononi is one of the best Endocrinologist I have ever had. She works with my other doctor which is beyond rare to find. She will give my other doctor updates thus creating a collaborative action plan for my health. It’s tough to find doctors who are willing to "work together" unfortunately. Dr. Bononi has mentioned to me how finding certain disorders of the endocrine system can be a daunting procedure (this helps me to put everything into perspective; which is reassuring). I often advocate for my wellness, so asking questions that pertain to my health are always informative. Dr. Bononi is always willing to give me her honest opinion. Dr. Bononi also looks at the patient humanistically. Her empathy and willingness to solve a problem (not just cover up the symptoms with medications; which are often the norm). She looks at the symptoms as though they are clues to solving a greater mystery. Her willingness to get to the root cause of the problem goes above and… beyond.

DR. Bononi is the best physician for any endocrine issues. Her manner, knowledge and caring are part of her professionalism. I highly recommend her to people with diabetes or thyroid problems.

I have been a patient of hers on and off since at least 2004. She is the utmost in professionalism, good judgment and decision-making, and compassion. Quite simply, she excels at endocrinology. I believe she used to practice with a Castle Connolly endocrinologist who was also excellent. It seems that this Castle Connolly top doctor's good judgment and compassion was adopted by Dr. Bononi, from their practice together. Her office is run quite well. Rarely have I had to wait more than half and hour to see her, past my appointment time, over the years. However, I never feel rushed in our visits. I truly appreciate being her patient.
