Dr. Patricia Ortiz Capote, MD

Two visits with pediatrician. She doesn't take the time to listen or talk to parents or properly examine baby. She spent maybe 5 minutes for a newborn and 2 month check up.

Came in for a 12yr old well child check up. This was our first time for visiting this office. The wait time was rediculous (more than 1 hours, almost 2 by the time we actually saw the doctor). The entire visit took 3 hours and we spent about 15 minutes with the actual doctor. Dr. Capote's bedside manner was ok, but not great. She is obviously used to working with parents and/or adults who have little medical knowledge, almost oversimplifying some of our concerns. She also appeared to be annoyed by some of my questions. I was pleased with her recommendations related to medications. Her approach to medications is conservative. She was thorough in reviewing the medical records from the previous doctor, and caught a vaccine that we might have otherwise accidently given unnecessarily.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! NOT GOING BACK.
