I had to wait about 20 minutes, not bad and the Dr herself couldn’t have been more pleasant. Very very knowledgeable.

She has been my doctor for the last 6 years. She is AMAZING-fantastic bedside manor, very kind & never rushes you out! I drive over an hour to see Dr. Chen??

Dr. Chen is truly an amazing obstetrician and surgeon. I had been looking for just the right surgeon for many many years to perform a myomectomy on a very large (and a few small) fibroid (s) as well as endometriosis excision. I had suffered with endometriosis for 30 years, since I was just a teen, and discovered the large fibroid about 5 years ago, which had probably been there for some time, causing all kinds of problems in my body. I had been dealing with infertility for a couple of decades and hoping that once I finally have this surgery, I would be able to get pregnant. However, with the extreme size of the large fibroid, I had great concerns about keeping my uterus intact for future fertility and possible vaginal birth. I consulted with several different surgeons over the years but did not find the confidence that I was looking for that my uterus could remain intact with the removal of such a large mass....until I met Dr Chen. She was extremely caring and interested in my… concerns and understood my nervousness surrounding the removal, the endometriosis and the worries that had brought me to this point over several decades. She totally “got it”. I had the surgery with Dr Chen this past Friday and, not only did she go above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and understood the procedure, but she was confident, honest and completely transparent the entire time. She removed all of the fibroids from my uterus with such precision, as well as the endometriosis. She kept my uterus intact for future fertility and freed my ovary, especially, from serious endo adhesions. Everything she did, even down to the perfect incision at my bikini line that is healing perfectly, was done with such precision, accuracy and care. Dr Chen provides excellent, evidence based care while also including her patients in the decision making process as well. She is honest, transparent and takes her patients’ concerns very seriously and answers every question with care. Being a doula and midwife myself, she is everything that I could ever hope for for my patients and clients, as well as friends and family, who are looking for an OB/GYN, as well as for my own care. I will be referring many to Dr Chen and I would highly recommend her for obstetrical and gynecological care as well as Gyn surgery. From beginning to end my experience at this practice and with this doctor was exceptional. Everyone I interacted with was both professional and very pleasant

He’s very good

This doctor is very rude and have the staffing is crazy. I am 17 weeks pregnant and she kick me out with no explanation what so ever. They treat patience based on how they dress. Doctor has no heart very cold person. Her staffing is extreamly unprofessionall. They don’t give any information about your health or baby’s health. I never have had seen such a doctor in the US.

I went to see Dr. Chen for a general exam and to check a goiter in my throat. I supplied my insurance information and the office submitted my claim but they used the wrong medical code so my insurance was denied. I contacted the insurance company and explained the situation. I was advised to have the doctor resubmit the claim with a different code and it would be fully covered. When I told the doctor's office to resubmit the claim they advised me that the doctor refused to do so. As a result I was stuck having to pay the bill. I will never return to this doctor.

Dr. Chen is a very caring doctor. She delivered both of my boys, and takes care of my health.

Dr. Chen is an extremely caring physician. I received some negative test results but I feel less anxious after she explained a detailed plan of action to improve the situation. I trust her guidance.

I love Dr Chen and I appreciate the time she spends talking to me . Very caring and compassionate.
