Condescending and rude. Do not recommend.

My wife received the wrong paperwork in order to get her blood work done at a separate facility (because of our insurance) and dr dandache inadvertently gave her the wrong paperwork. Upon arriving at the bloodwork facility the stated dr dandache had given her the wrong paperwork and this is a common pattern with her and Cleveland clinic where they “accidentally/yet pusposly” give the patient the wrong paperwork so that they don’t want to wait for paperwork and go back to Cleveland clinic to get the bloodwork done. After waiting longer than 15 hours for them To find a fax number, I called the doctors office to try and figure out why we were still waiting and the secretary was very rude and very unprofessional and said they were waiting for dr dandache to give the results to them so They could fax. Keep in mind my wife has had a slight fever for weeks and they can’t figure out why ? And we can’t advance the healing process until we get the blood work done. So my patience is… running thin considering this is their Mistake the day before . You would think “the 20 seconds it would require dr dandache to correct and allow her rude unprofessional office staff to fax over the paperwork. Hanging up on me twice when all I was doing was trying to get answers as to why this simple error correction on their end wasnt being corrected.
