Saw Patricia Nagel at Fort Lauderdale Eye Institute. I had cataract surgery and the office wouldnt let me see my surgeon when I had complications (mainly unable to see clearly months after the surgery). My spouse attended the appointment when she told me there was nothing wrong with my eyes. I tried to get the note to get a second opinion only to find out she never did a clinical note from my appointment in May (this is September). When I got the note there was a 1 page list of things wrong with my eyes and that she prescribed drops, and I refused treatment. None of which happened. She is from Venezuela and I do not recommend her at all. I finally saw my surgeon Dr Keith Skolnick who diagnosed the issue within 60 seconds and performed corrective surgery the same day and apologized for the poor care I received from her.
