Dr. Patricia Ann Francis, MD

I have 3 children been going to this practice for 14 years with a great experience with the exception of Dr. "Patti" Francis. She is condescending towards questions about my child's health & uses excessive force during examination. My son had a rash & was scared. She forcefully pulled his pants down without unbuttoning or unzipping him. He was crying profusely & asked her to "please stop" which she did not. When we got home, he had a cut on his tummy & was bleeding. Another time she held my 4 yr olds head so hard to dig ear wax out. His ears were still in pain hours later. She does not make my children feel at ease & I will NEVER AGAIN let her lay eyes on any of my children. As far as diagnosis, she condescendingly told my son had a cold when he had a fever of 102.7 for 5 days. She did not even look at his throat or in his nose.

Doctor and practice do not know proper care of uncircumcised boys. Doctor attempted to forcibly retract my son and we were banned from the premises when I complained.

We could not be happier with Dr. Francis. Rarely have to wait to be seen. Dr Patti is always in a good mood and spends time as we need it. She also counsels our children on life matters that re-inforce what we as parents are trying to teach our children.

GREAT PHYSICIAN AND GREAT WITH KIDS!
