Dr. Patricia Gilroy is among the most professional, caring doctors in Pinellas County. From the moment you enter the office you feel welcome, everyone is friendly, cordial and will make you feel at ease. You can feel the professionalism of the office and the warmth of the care knowing you will be well taken care of. All my many questions were answered by both the Audiologist and by Dr. Gilroy. I couldn’t ask for better care.

Dr. Gilroy was attentive, but her office staff was terrible. They outright lied to me saying the doctor was busy and couldn't talk to me. This was not backed up by Dr. Gilroy who WAS in the office and WANTED to speak with me. They ordered the wrong test and Dr. Gilroy had to follow up to find out who made the mistake. Bad experience.

Dr. Gilroy's staff is amongst the friendliest and professional staffs I have ever encountered. The Dr. herself was patient in explaining my condition, options for treatment and very patient in answer my myriad of questions. All this accomplished with a calm, patient dialogue that put me at ease in so many ways. If you can believe it, I look forward to my next visit!

Patricia Gilroy,M.D is one of the best ENT surgeons in the Tampa Bay ares. Her office staff is professional and caring, her patient interaction is superb, explaining her care and the expected results, and her surgical skills are second to none. She performed sinus surgery on me after I experienced years of being unable to breathe properly. I was well and back to work in three days without any medication for pain. Had to get into see Dr. Gilroy within 24 hours. She had me in within 12. Lucy was WONDERFUL with the pre-admit call. She was careful to get every piece of information from me so I had a seamless appointment. In office audiologist even stayed past his hours to get me in. Would highly recommend Dr. Gilroy and her staff!

During my visit for ear wax removal one week ago I submitted a list of current medications as requested and was also given a hearing test. As I was checking out it occurred to me that I had not been given the results of the hearing test and rather than giving me the results while I was still in the office, I was told someone would call me. I did receive a call a short time later but missed it so I called the next morning to arrange a callback. After 2 days with no response I called again and was told there was no record of my first call but again someone would call me. It has now been 3 business days with no response. Also, when I reviewed the portal that had been set up I discovered that most of my medications had been entered incorrectly; either the dosage and/or frequency were wrong.. The staff at this office are both incompetent and unresponsive.
