It is obvious Dr. Graham is an expert in her field, and she takes the time to listen and explain in detail. She is patient and considerate....a real human being.

I have found Dr. Graham to be gentle, helpful, and very giving. She is an artist at what she does, able to pinpoint the right spots to treat, and her caring helpful manner makes me feel that I am with a therapist. She has given me hope and is so kind.

I had an EMG done by Dr. Patricia Graham. It was far worse, more painful than any other EMG I've had in the past. Besides having to wait 45 mins. she didn't seem to listen to what I said & noted misinformation on my chart. After the EMG I was sobbing in pain & she started yanking the headrest out from under my head. She didn't say one word to me after the EMG & even came in to clean up while I was still getting dressed. The topper was she took 5 PHONE CALLS DURING THE EMG!!!!

Dr. Graham spent a lot of time with me, is very thorough, and is interested in the whole patient, not just a knee or a back. She also does not want to rush into surgery (unless it is immediately necessary), and believes in alternatives for care, or a combination of approaches that are all best for the patient.

How disappointing it was to see Dr. Graham! She was initially recommended by my primary care physician but I have since written them a letter advising them never to recommend another patient! Although she was nice and seemed to know what she was talking about, the physical therapist I went to after my appointment advised me never to go back, and he has seen numerous patients of Dr. Graham's. He instead recommended me to a wonderful doctor and I only wish I had been there first.Additionally, the office staff could not have been ruder. They claimed to have my insurance - asked me what insurance I had over the phone, copied my insurance card, instructed me to fill out paperwork, and even checked my forms. Never once was I informed that they HAVE NEVER and WILL NEVER take my insurance. Instead they sent me a large bill and then told me it was MY FAULT! It took me weeks to get through to the office manager and when I finally did she was extremely rude and then hung up on me!DO NOT GO… TO THIS DOCTOR!!!!!

Spent a lot of time with me at each visit. Connects well with me as a person. Knows a lot about pain issues, and wholistic approach to my problems.

Dr. Graham has no sensitivity as to how to communicate with elderly patients. My mom is in her 90s and Dr. Graham spoke at 150 miles an hour, using unfamiliar words, and rushing through every question to the point that my mom was confused and frustrated within 5 minutes. I had to remind her to speak a little more slowly and clearly, which she did for about 20 seconds then continued on at her normal pace. We waited an hour past our appointment time to see her, she rushed through some cursory tests then offered very little in the way of suitable help for my mother. I found this to be the most frustrating visit I have ever had with a doctor and would never advise anyone to put themselves through this.
