On a treatment path for neck pain that has taken months to get to the final stage my appointment was cancelled and the best they could do was out another 6 weeks. This was the second time my appointment had been canceled. No willingness to compromise on the best available date and to my surprise it was reported she only works at that location 2 days a week. No effort was made to accommodate me on another date or location. I would rate her staff a zero if I could

Refused to see me to discuss my pain options. Stated there was nothing they could do for me when they have not even seen me. I am not seeking crazy amounts of pain medication either. I live in pain but refuse to take pain medicine to the point that my friends and family get irritated with me. My last prescription for pain medicine was filled 8 months ago and I still have a dozen pills. I just want to feel better and their refusal to see me and offer me concrete solutions to manage my back pain is absolutely ridiculous. I've had 2 failed back surgeries and that of the reason for my pain. I still am in utter shock that I was treated so poorly.

I have known and been treated by Dr. Grant off and on for many many years for lumbar spine pain and cervical spine pain. She is one of the kindest, most caring, and professional doctors I have ever met. I completely trust her and feel perfectly at ease undergoing a procedure in her care. If you run into her outside of the office, she will most definitely ask about you and your current condition. Her staff is tops and they understand your concerns and are very caring as well. I very highly recommend Dr. Grant!

Dr Grant is one of the most compassionate, caring people I've ever met. She always takes the time to answer any questions I have and makes any procedure as pain free as possible.Also, she has a great staff of people who really work well together! I recommend her to everyone!

The best Dr. I have seen since moving to SC. She takes her time and always puts you at ease with the procedure. I think more doctors could model after her in knowledge and confidence she instills in her work.
