Dr. Patricia Theresa Hopkins, MD

Dr Hopkins decided on a diagnosis before listening to me and dismissed a diagnosis given by another dr that ended up being correct. If i had listened to her I would’ve had endometriosis for life. She tried to charge me extra to have access to her NP for diet help and diagnosed me with the wrong type of SIBO (test confirmed it was not the kind she told me). I would’ve taken the wrong antibiotics if I’d listened. In my virtual f/u she was on her phone and didn’t listen- never went back. Was rude and pushed expensive supplements

Dr Hopkins and her witch craft Mumbo jumbo “friend” just like to push supplements and tell u to avoid food and caused me and others orthorexia and now are suffering worse health issues this place should be shut down

The first and only time I met Dr. Hopkins I asked about a more permanent solution for arthritic knee pain. I was tired of getting cortisone shots on a regular basis. She told me the only solution was to go on the keto diet and that I needed to use Ketogenics products -- supplements, shakes, soups and Lord know what else. Incidentally, she's a rep and sells them. She has another patient on a fixed income spending $60 a month for supplements that are "essential" and that the patient cannot afford. Guess what? She's a rep and she sells them. The waiting room is a bunch of advertisements for products. And she's a rep and she sells them See a theme here? None of these items are covered by insurance or flex accounts. None of my issues were addressed but she did talk about herself a lot.

Seen Dr. several times over 2 plus years and have had positive results which i have shared with family and friends. I would recommend

I travel for work and have lived abroad. I have been treated over the last 5 years by 6 different doctors. It is obvious Dr. Hopkins and her staff is not skilled in this area. 5 people in the room deciding where to mark my forehead, side of eyes. I should have listed to my inner-self and got up and walked out but my friend was also getting the service in the next room. I paid $550. About the same as I always do. 6 days later, I called & went back in for a follow-up as I was lopsided. I had a lot movement on my left half of my forehead and I was traveling for 3 weeks the following day. I had a NP shoot me up along with another NP or nurse. They discussed how much and also had no idea how much to give or where to do it. They gave me a few shots here and there. I felt like it was a lot. I walked out of the office and got in the car. One of them chased after me and asked me to come back in. When I did, they wanted payment of $280. My face dropped. I came back in and discussed with the… NP that follow-ups & touch-ups are standard practice in botox. You don't pay for them. She said she understood and didn't know the standard. Again, they are new. She said she would discuss it with Dr. Hopkins. I said, great well, here's my number. Please call me if there is a problem. This is easy to google if you need a confirmation on that touch-ups are standard. Over the next month I've had to lift the sides of my eyes every time I sat down at the table and had the chance. They overdid my botox it has made feel very heavy and tired in the head/ eyes. To top it all off, she has been telling mutual friends that I have skipped out on the bill. I am saddened and stunned with disbelief and it's the reason for this honest review. In addition to all of the above, she is a doctor and discussed outside of her office my personal medical procedure to others.

She works issues very well and complete

I know for a fact that Dr Hopkins has written a bunch of fake 5-star reviews for herself just within the past couple of months after getting frustrated over repeated online complaints. Since increasing her own review grade by doing this she has shut off any new Google reviews. Do your own research and look at past reviews filled with complaints.

I no longer see Dr Hopkins simply because of how rude and unprofessional her office staff are in how they approach patient care, difficult to get appt plus 2-hour wait time without explanation or sympathy. **And prospective patients should take note that there has been a sudden and suspect surge in 5-star reviews online (identical on multiple sites) all at the same time...hhmmmm.**

Doctor Hopkins is the worst doctor I have ever seen. She did nothing to help me after 18 months. When I complained, she said that she had too many patients, her mother just died, and she could retire if she wants to, I will be filing charges against her. Myasthenia gravis progression could have been treated.

The woman at the front desk Paula and Leanne are great always so kind and helpful. Cathy administers my treatment she is also so kind and attentive. I see Sharon now for my appointments and she goes above and beyond to help me. Her intelligence is amazing she has always helped me to feel better. I have been coming here for a long time I am so comfortable with all of the staff
