Colitis this woman gave my wife so much antibots which cause my wife to have diarrhea and then turn to Colitis which turn to black stools her whole body went down the drain she turn to skin and bones my wife went to see her for a stomach pain and this woman said my wife had a bug in her stomach. which it was a tumor growing in her stomach if this woman had send her to get a upper G.I. they would have found the tumor then and my wife would have had a fighting chance and most likely she would of have survive but the time they found out it was to late she passed away two months later if you have Diabetes go to a specialist don't let this so call Dr. treat you that's why there are specialist out there .I will turn her in to Medicare and Medical Board we have medical records and all the prescription from CVS it's all there I hope they will penalizes her an her so call assistants

I just left this “doctor’s office.” The front desk receptionist and medical assistant were amazing and very nice. That’s where my positive experience ends. I have an extensive medical history and need to establish myself with a new doctor. I paid $90 for my visit and they had a PA see me. A PA who had no authority to make any type of decision. They were uncomfortable prescribing the anxiety medications I currently take, so this PA proceeds to tell me different meds I should try. She was so ill informed that she was rattling off the brand names and generic names of medications as if they were different from one another. I had to point out her error. She was literally googling on her phone in front of me and mispronouncing most medications. She then offered to refill my RXs and have me schedule with their on site psychologist. I was on board with that. After an hour of waiting, me getting copies of my medical and prescription history, she comes back to say she could not refill my… medications, the original psychologist she recommended was retiring and proceeded to give me a referral to a psych downtown and told me to go see them today - for a $200 cost. How misinformed can one person be? I asked to speak to the actual doctor as I had now been there two and a half hours. They could not produce her or ANYone with an MD behind their name, for that matter. They also wanted me to do $200 worth of lab work and a $95 EKG. Seriously? When they hadn’t even resolved my initial visit?! I asked for my money back and they DID refund me. No one apologized for wasting three hours of my time, nor did they apologize for not being able to resolve my visit or having me see an inadequate, under educated PA. The PA sighed every time I said something to her in an attempt to be sure that she had all of the information she needed from me. She acted like I was getting on her nerves because she felt overwhelmed by my background. That’s her job. Would she have rather I not inform or give her the tools necessary to treat me? I will make it my business to speak to the Better Business Bureau, Texas State Medical Board, and the American Medical Association about the incompetences and inadequacy of these supposed medical professionals. I will leave this review on every single outlet that I can find with this person’s name. You don’t get to treat people this way and think it’s okay.

Amazing doctor , very clean and elegant family medicine office , staff are so lovely ??

As a Safety Coordinator, I often take my employees to Dr. Janki for several reasons being drug test, injuries or illness. The attention from Dr. Janki and staff is immaculate. Some of the best I have ever experienced.

This doctor is all about money and not to help senior citizens. She should not be with Medicare. She is uneducated with it and is very greedy. I hope she is h fair with all othe insurances. I would not give her a star at all. It is very understandable of her growth in business. I hope her the best with the rest of the greedy people. Health doesn't matter to her. Just pay pay pay.

I like Dr. Janki because she will talk with you about your problem. She doesn't just write a prescription. She tries to find out what the problem is and she will discuss with you ways to get better and the staff is nice and friendly.

This doctor seems to have some mental issues. She really needs to get out of the firld of medicine. She contradicts her advice and appears borderline schizophrenic. She definitely needs to come under close scrutiny of a medical review board. I would not avise anyone in trusting her reliabilty. I have no idea how she got a license in the first place.

I went here because of convenience of location and it was pretty easy to get an appointment. The building is run down and the inside is even worse. I felt like I was in a third world country. Then when you see the office staff with tattoos and major weight issues, it's enough to make you wonder if you are on candid camera. I should have left, but I was already there and ready to get it over with. Well about an hour later, I never saw the doctor just a substitute one. Well at least I think it was a doctor. She was nice enough. It was quick and I couldn't wait to get out of there before I caught a disease. I will never again go back! The people were ok but ghetto. Most of the clients are immigrants and uneducated. This type of clinic would be shut down if it was located in the Woodlands or Katy. I guess clinics tend to reflect the surrounding community to meet needs.

This Dr. is one of the worse ever... she is very rude and dont care about her paticents... she has no manners, and is very self centered...
