Dr. Jolie is the best doctor that I have ever had, she is very caring and takes the time to listen and leaves no stone unturned. Dr. Jolie is the best

She could be a good doctor to some people, but I have worst experience ever. She has fake personality. She never showed her professionalism, she cannot diagnosed mental health but do counsel with family with personal issues! She diagnosed wrong disease few time times and disclosed a wrong lab report which almost ruined my married life. I don’t see her after that. She takes personal favor from patient and judge them in term of race and culture...please be aware. Never assist you when you want her..not even life and death experience.

Can't say enough about her approach, ability to listen and responsiveness. Lucky to have her.

Dr. Jolie has an excellent bed side manner, is very easy to talk to and is very compassionate towards her patients. I would tell my friends that if they saw her, they would have an excellant doctor., who is caring and well liked by all her patients.

Dr Jolie is incompetent as well as her staff. Her patient service representative is just plain rude. I will be changing Physicians as Dr. Jolie misdiagnosed my Thyroid disease for years and only seems to care about making money from your co-pays. Not to mention she has left two of my appointments for personal calls and never returned.

It is hard to get a hold of anyone via phone. The Dr. Jolie's personal receptionist has incredibly inconvenient hours. The people at the front desk are rather incompetent and lack any knowledge of practices and pretty much anything that is going on (including the schedules of doctors). It is very frustrating to actually get anything done when you're not physically there speaking to a doctor.On the other hand, once you get past the waiting room/reception desk, the office is incredibly efficient and effective. Dr. Jolie has a fantastic and relaxing bedside manner and is incredibly patient, understanding and caring of her patients' needs. She is very efficient and thorough; my only issue is that sometimes she is a little slow to follow up.Overall, fantastic doctor; I would highly recommend her.

I researched many primary caregivers before making an appointment, so glad I did. She spends face-time with me, and truly listens. A thoughtful and considerate woman, a talented doctor. I hope to continue to be a patient of Dr Jolie's for many years to come.
