She rubbed me the wrong way at our initial appointment when speaking to my child. I’m sure she’s a good doctor. But if something doesn’t feel right for, you have to go w/your gut.

I'd rate this doctor as fair. Didn't see her for more than to see if I wanted her as our regular primary care doc. I found her friendly and amicable to a point and then I noticed some subtle things about her personality, I felt, rubbed me the wrong way. Probably was more having to do w/a personality conflict w/me than her. Overall, she was good, for me though, I think we'll keep looking. Also, office hours were limited, but staff professional.

We really appreciate Dr. Kettlehake's expertise. She listens to our concerns and advices us well. Her office staff is courteous and caring.

Be very careful when you read and sign the required patient paperwork the office has you fill out. Read carefully about your privacy rights and doctor/patient confidentiality. Ask questions. When you speak to the nurse and the doctor in the exam room they type every word you say into the computer. That information is not just kept in your record. It can be released to your insurance company - word for word. I thought that a doctor/patient conversation was just as sacred and protected as a therapist/client conversation. It apparently is not. Just be very careful.

Dr. kettlehack is very nice but a very busy Dr and having staff that are completley useless doesn't help. They are unfamiliar with insurance and how it works. If they don't know the answer to something instead of trying to help you they just say "I don't know". I am very unhappy and have pulled my entire family from her office.
