I dont trust medical personnel at all. None of them. Not one. But I trust Dr. Klassen implicitly. Not only with my care, but I trust her 1000% with my childrens care as well.

Klassen focused on what I needed to experience optimal health. I have had ortho, cardiac, and skin/gum issues that I was trying to resolve. She has been coaching me at times, treating me at times, and sometimes just listening to what I was doing on my own and trying to figure out if there was anything else that could work in addition to that. Listening to me and extending some trust in my knowledge and ability to convey what my body is doing has been important to me. What has come through over time is that she cares about me and the quality of my life-maximizing my physical and emotional well being. It took a few visits to "click", I am grateful for her guidance. It was worth building that foundation.

Dr. Klassen is a caring and knowledgeable provider. She takes time to listen to my concerns. I appreciate her referrals. She called me herself with my x-ray report.

Terrible bedside manor and disrespect for patients

Dr. Klassen is very thorough in her examinations and diagnosis. She diagnosed an aggressive cancer of mine that other Dr's had missed and scheduled me for treatment immediately. She always follows up by calling me at home after treatments. I have strongly recommended her to others.

She left the practice and all her patients without notification or referral. was not happy with her care anyway but she could let people know.
