Wonderful first visit with Dr K and staff. Everyone I encountered in the Clarkston office was friendly and courteous. Dr. K took time with me to address concerns and develop a specific plan of care. So happy to have found this team.

My wife, mother-in-law, and two sisters-in-law all were patients of Dr. K's for years - no more. My wife called in to ask a question and was told a nurse or Dr would give her a call back. Dr. K called her back a few hours later at which point they chatted for 5 minutes (I have the phone record)... a month later we get a bill for close to $100 for a 'teledoc' appointment which was never disclosed or communicated in any way. There was no appointment, no follow-up, no action taken... just a returned phone call. Heaven forbid a patient call the office for a routine question. When we called to try and work through the issue with the staff we were stonewalled. Their bottom-line seems far more important to this group than actual patient care. Look elsewhere.

HORRIBLE PATIENT TREATMENT. The doctors are wonderful but the office staff is terrible. I received (2) phone calls about a past due bill paid part of it, and the next time when I did not answer and forgot to call them back they sent me to collections. I paid it upon receiving the collection letter immeadiately, but now their "policy" is to REFUSE to see me because I did go into collections. So new mommies, SAVE YOURSELF THE ISSUES AND GO ELSEWHERE. I got the run around with my appointments when I was pregnant and I tried to look past that because I liked the doctors so much. Obviously, this practice isn't about helping women, it's purely about money. I hope that they realize they are part of a growing trend of not giving women a helping hand but instead putting them down.

She is really good. Takes her time with you. It's unfortunate that she has a non-courteous staff.

Dr. Kondratenko is very knowledgable and easy to talk to. She puts her patients at ease. She has an extremely caring bedside manner.

Staff scoffed at my patient history and my concernsDoctor made excuses about my complaints and was very evasive in her answers. Not thorough in conversation. Would say things like "I told you before that ..." when she definitely had not.

I had to switch to a new ob/gyn after 25 years with my other Dr. due to his retirement. I have been extremely pleased with her overall manner and knowledge. I had to have an operation and I could not have asked for a more caring and upbeat physician. I have already recommended her to several of my peers.

Very skilled,great to talk to, I feel confident she knows her stuff.

I have been a patient of Dr. K's for many years. There could not possibly be a more thorough and caring physician out there. She listens attentively and addresses every problem. Her staff (Clarkston) is a little difficult, but she is worth it! A real gem.
