Dr. Patricia Ann Liszewski, MD

Dr. Patty Liszewski received a BS in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh in 1987. After serving in the United States Navy Nurse Corps, she attended University of Maryland Medical School, graduating in 1996. She continued on at University of Maryland Medical System for her residency training in Pediatrics, which was completed in 1999. She joined our practice that same year. While on a 2-year leave of absence from our practice due to her husband's overseas deployment (2008-2010), she was a provider at the Naval Hospital Naples (Italy) and in charge of the school-based Teen Clinic, where she ran a weight management program. Dr. Liszewski is board certified in Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is also on the Columbia Association Medical Advisory Board, had contributed to Ask the Pediatrician section of the Maryland Family Magazine, and has been a guest speaker for Childhood Obesity at community events.
