I just finished with my 2nd eye surgery today and I am so happy. I have 20/20 vision in both eyes. Thank you Dr. McCoy you are awesome.

Dr. McCoy is among the best and caring doctors in the Huntsville area. She removed cataracts in both of my eyes. Her staff is friendly and caring. She is one of the busiest because she is one of the best. Very caring and puts her patients first and foremost.

The office is always very busy and multiple patients are scheduled for the same time. On my first experience I sat in the waiting room for 45 mins and decided to reschedule. The receptionist said it would take 1.5 hours for my new paitent stuff and glacomma test. I didnt prepare to be there 2.5 hours. On my rescheduled visit I only waited 20 mins before being called. After the conclusion of the appointment the billing person did pencil and paper calculations on a yellow sticky pad and asked for a $50 co-pay. Since then I've been questioning my invoice and trying to gain substantiation will no success. I'm reaching out to Blue Cross now for their support.

I went totally blind in one eye, requiring retina reattachment surgery and had preventative retina surgery on the other eye, both by retina specialists. I had a condition called "long eyes" which greatly increases my risk of retina detachment. My vision has gradually become worse. Dr McCoy seemed totally unaware of the "long eye" effect. When I asked her what kind of LASER she used and she had no idea. She is not competent to do anything related to surgery or diagnosis.
