If you enjoy being treated like a junky because you need medication for your chronic pain, if you like being ignored when you leave messages regarding refills, if you enjoy spending weekends with withdrawal symptoms because "you didn't call in time to get your refill" (when, in fact, you did - twice - but they were just "too far behind" to get back to you), and if you enjoy hearing gossip about other patients during your procedure, then this is the doctor for you! Very unprofessional.

I am a 52 year old woman on disability for back injuries and left ankle injuries. Dr Patricia Moesner treated me for four years and each and every time I entered her office I was made to feel less than a human because I was requesting pain medication for the chronic pain that I live in. It came to the point where I just stopped taking medication at all and live in absolute debilitating pain but it is much better than going in looking & seeing Dr Moesners face and seeing her disgust looking back at me as if I'm some sort of drug addict on the street worthy of no help or relief.. I would not recommend her to take care of a flea on a fleas back.

Will lie about procedures and blame Phamacy! Talks down to patients like they are little children!

They lie in wait for any reason to dismiss patients. I called them eleven times in two weeks about a medication that was causing me to feel very badly. No one returned my calls. My medicines have been late. When I first became a patient they offered me morphine Oxycontin or Percocet. Then I was dismissed yesterday over medications such as Norco and Tylenol 3. There is no consistency there is no support there are just traps. I am sorry to be leaving there for one reason the spinal injections are very effective and I will be pressed to find another anesthesiologist who can perform the injections as painlessly and as effectively. I would not recommend going to that clinic for medications I would recommend patients going there for injections.
