Dr. Patricia Christine Montemayor, MD

Awful human being. I went in the ER, labor and delivery, after I had a 9lb baby at home...she was so MEAN AND CRUEL... she scared me, saying I might DIE etc... I've had PTSD from the way she treated me like a stupid DOG for giving birth at home and then having a complication. She blamed my complication on QUOTE giving birth at home! But a nice nurse whispered to me that what happened to me at home happens more often in the HOSPITAL BIRTHS!! Anyways this doc is RUDE, lies to make you feel dumb... very uncaring and not gentle in any kind of way. She even had CPS called on me because we do not vaccinate.... which is not illegal! It just was that she tried in every way possible to injure me for not being mainstream. Awful is all I can say about her as a human being.

Dr. Montemayor was extremely knowledgeable and kind. She took time to talk to me and was very personable. She made sure I understood everything we discussed.

Was considerate about my health and gave valuable advice. Knowledgeable.

This was my daughter's second appointment with Dr. Montemayor. After a 20 minute wait, I checked with the front desk regarding the delay. We were told the next room that was available would be for her. The waiting room filled up with patients and we watched each one get called back. I checked again byt he front desk clerk, who kept calling me "Beautiful" and "Honey" as if either were my name, and we were told there is more than one provider and we would be next. After 50 minutes of WAITING and watching another individual who arrived after us get called in, I informed them we were leaving. It is a shame. Sure, this Dr Montemayor was nice the first time around. But I pay a "healthy" insurance premium each month and to wait for nearly AN HOUR is unacceptable. If an MD cannot utilize time management skills to efficiently juggle her patients, then I'll take my daughter to a practice that respects their patients time. Wish I could charge this doc a cancellation fee like she would have… done to me.

Nice enough doctor, you wait FOREVER to see her, even first thing in the morning. Staff is very nice, but you wait on hold 5 min to get to make an appointment. The whole staff of doctors and nurse practitioners will see you, but they seem to lack any continuity in your care because you get bounced between them all. If you are not pregnant this is fine, but it seems like if you are, you have to remind them of all the things that happened and were tested for in prior visits. The practice rotates which doctor you will have as your delivery doctor, so make sure you meet them all, but be prepared for them not really knowing what is going on specifically with you.
