I was able to get in quickly. Office staff was helpful and efficient. Dr. Myers listened carefully, asked detailed and thoughtful questions and is getting me the help I need.

1. I handed my new patient paperwork to the receptionist when I checked in. It was still on her desk, untouched, when I checked out. 2. I requested a refill on a migraine rescue medication and specifically stated the office would need to call in a quantity override to my insurance. No quantity override was submitted. The prescription written was for the wrong dosage of the medication. 3. I was told Dr. Myers wants all of her patients to have an MRI and that someone would be calling to set it up for me. This never happened.

I am not sure about the doctor because she is not accepting new patients, but the office staff sucks. Glad I couldn't get in.
