I presented Dr. Nicholas with a difficult wound to deal with in early June. In a freak accident, I had peeled a large portion of skin from my right leg, just below the knee. In our first meeting, Dr. Nicholas measured the wound at about 10 cm long by 4-5 cm wide. The wound wasn't deep, but a large area of open flesh was exposed. Bleeding was common since I was taking a blood thinner. Before she was able to treat the wound directly, Dr. Nicholas had to trim some dead skin from the upper portion of the wound. After that, she cleaned the area thoroughly and began treatment with a wound healing cream and bandages that extended from my toes to my knee. That procedure continued on a weekly basis for the next 7 weeks. Each weekly session began with a new measurement of the wound as my skin started to grow back into the area. The progress seemed slow at first, but as the weeks went by, improvement was noticeable and then measurable. Antibiotics were also prescribed to minimize… the possibility of infection. After the seventh week, the wound had essentially disappeared and I was cleared to resume normal activities, while continuing home treatment to reduce scarring. My praise for Dr Nicholas is very high. She is a compassionate and dedicated professional who knows how to care for patients with difficult injuries such as mine. I highly recommend Dr. Nicholas.

I was there for an ingrown toenail that was absolutely so painful for me and she made the process very easy quick and painless and does a very good job she's very compassionate for patients and has a great bedside manner her assistant Angelina was great also would definitely recommend to friends family and coworkers. She always makes the process of coming in easier. 10 stars!!

My visit with Dr. Nicholas was great! The office staff is very courteous and proficient. I had almost no wait time. Dr. Nicholas came in after the assistant prepared me and was not rushed and took her time examining me. After my procedure, she was very helpful in describing and answering any questions that I had. She was very kind and caring. I would highly recommend her for any of your podiatry needs.
