I work with individuals to help them understand their reactions, their relationship needs, access their strengths, and develop supportive coping strategies by drawing upon a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
My approach is through a social justice lens, utilizing EMDR as well as techniques from emotion focused family therapy; internal family systems; narrative therapy and the research on self-compassion.
