Dr. Patricia Sue Otis, MD

Dr. Otis is a good listener. I feel that she really cares about me personally and my well-being. She seems very knowledgeable. So glad to finally have a doctor that I like and who doesn't make me feel silly for coming in to get something checked out.

As someone who has had more than her share of lousy doctors that didn't seem to care, Dr. Otis was a wonderful surprise. Every time I saw her, she was encouraging and supportive of my issues. I felt like she listened to what I wanted and needed and was willing to work with me to achieve my goals on my own terms. In all my years, I have never had a doctor treat me as kindly as Dr. Otis.

Dr Otis is without a doubt the MOST sincere doctors I have ever had. She is sincere, kind and extremely knowledgable. My husband also sees her, and while he originally planned to only see her once (he prefers male doctors) he too has been so extremely impressed he wouldn't dream of changing doctors. We recently moved a few hours away but are so satisfied with Dr Otis that we go out of our way to keep her as our provider and come into Salem for our appointments. If you want a doctor who you can have no reservations seeing-- Dr Patricia Otis is it!

Very rude. Not very professional. Acted like she didnt wan to be there. one day she just didnt show up for work. Refused to listen and didnt act like she cared.Talked down to me and treated me like she was punishing me.
