Initially handled routine problems fine. Went results from 2 other Drs were received called @ home with incorrect diagnoses. PA stated she had no idea what was wrong & offered to call ambulance instead of referring to specialist. Had to seek specialist myself to search for diagnosis.

No follow-up, told to go to ER because they don't know what to do, the PA is clueless &losing business, I've been called with other D lab work & given a mis-diagnosis 2x, & when I've gone in told to go ER as they don't know what to do by PA. Insurance co wants to file a formal complaint. Stay away!!

Only real complaint is that some of the staff is very rude

Never actually saw the doctor, always the nurse practioner. I can't tell you who was ruder, the nurse practioner or the crew of nurses that hang out in the front of the office. If I wanted to see a nurse I would have gone to a clinic. If I wanted to be verbally abused I would have gone to the motor vehicles office.

I have been with her for many years, starting at Physician's Regional and followed her out to Marco Island. I like that she is and knowledgable and efficient. She also switched me to generic, when possible for some savings. I have also (overheard) her confront some about their alcohol use, which is a huge problem on Marco-who else does that? Bravo! I think this is the first year though I started to see the disconnect between the front and the back offices, which I think is totally due to the enormous volume of people they see. The medical people are great-nurses etc. but some of the office staff seems young and new and as the old saying goes-it's hard to find good help. And for all you people who complain about rude office staff in all the other reviews-try being on the receiving end of some of your bridge partners.

This was my first visit to Dr. Patti (as her staff fondly refers to her). I went in to get established which is usually just a routine exam but was due for my PAP. Although I did not have an appointment for that exam Dr. Patti did it anyway. She also did a cardiogram because of my prior history. She and the staff were very courteous, helpful and most importantly very thorough. I am a hairdresser on the Island and went there because of all the great things I heard about her and the office and was not disappointed.

If you want to be treated as a "Number" go to this office. The office staff is rude and the doctor is worse. They do not have any care for your problem. It is hurry up get in and be quiet. The doctor only want's to know who you are, what do you do and who do you know on the island, so she can compare with who she know. After that she takes 5 minutes with you and sends you off with pills.Patient's have a choice and please go another route, than this office.
