Cane into ER with extreme nerve pain in arm and shoulder. She ordered an x-ray and upon viewing the results said she hasn't expected to find anything anyways... ok... I asked to get an mri and she refused saying that I wasn't exhibiting the symptoms of nerve compression. When I asked her what the symptoms were, she basically repeated back to me what I had told her my pain was. Frustrated, I asked again for an mri, to which she said she could give me narcotics. If I had not have been in so much pain I would have told her I would prefer a diagnosis over her throwing pills at me. After I got an mri from a competent doctor I had to have surgery to remove a disc in my neck that was pushing on my spinal cord. This woman was very unhelpful and acted like I was wasting her time by being in pain. Will never be going to any hospital that she is affiliated with.
