Dr. Patricia Lynn Rooney, DO

I had Mohs surgery about 3 weeks ago and Dr. Rooney closed up my incision. I am completely healed and no scar, just a little redness where the incision was, which I am sure will fade with time and no Scar!! After using a little concealer, no one would even know I had surgery. I am so happy and grateful to her for doing such a great job and would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

This is a very small practice.... just Dr. Rooney and her office manager. There were several times that I called when no one was there to answer the call, though they did call me back. The office manager was consistently unfriendly, each time I dealt with her (so it wasn't a matter of just having a bad day), but Dr. Rooney is so spectacular that it overshadows the limited interaction with her office manager. Dr. Rooney was excellent at putting me at ease, before and during the procedure, and did a fantastic job removing something off my lip. Within 2 weeks, you could hardly even detect a scar. She's very skilled and has an EXCELLENT bedside manner, which is very important to me.

Doctor Rooney has been treating our daughter for a condition for over 14 years. She is an excellent doctor and our daughter loves her so very much! Marsha is a wonderful and joyous spirit who is the back bone of the office. Dr. Rooney gave our daughter back her "self-esteem" and since then she has blossomed into an adult! We just cannot say enough about how awesome she is. Her beside manner is the best! Thanks so much Dr. Rooney and Marsha. We love you!

I found her to be more concerned with helping me in my appearance than in making money. I loved that she was truthful even when it meant NOT doing surgery.
