I went to this provider back in July/August 2025 because I was having SEVERE pelvic pain not during my menstruation cycle. The pain I was experiencing led me to be curled up in tears with no relieve from meds etc. I booked an appointment with this provider in hopes to get some answers. Immediately when she enters the room she was very rude. She did not truly listen to me as a patient. I felt very vulnerable and concerned and she dismissed me multiple times as if what I was feeling wasn’t real. There was a point in time to which she stated “ whatever you think you are feeling”. That did it for me. She was very rushy as if my care was not important to her. She pulled up a chart on her computer of anatomy and tired to tell me I was constipated so she would refer me to GI. My gut told me this was not true as I have never had any GI related problems. I left her office crying. I then switched to a new provider and upon getting a pelvic ultrasound, I ended up having multiple large cysts on my… ovaries (one of which was filled with blood and ruptured) as well as swollen ovary. The pain I was feeling was REAL and she did not do her job whatsoever. I would give her a zero star rating if I could. I do not recommend her whatsoever to any female patient. You will not be heard and get the care you deserve. Save yourself the time and frustration…

If I could give her zero stars, I would without hesitation. I have never encountered anything like this! I went to her for a few years always voicing my concerns and she literally cared zero. I mean way back in like 2020? So 5 whole entire years!!!!! I am 20 years old and have very abnormal issues, like infertility, terrible periods, pain everywhere. History of ovarian cysts, ovarian pain. Random bleeding, huge blood clots (tmi BUT). I had mentioned endometriosis concerns, she basically said you’re young & have no issues this will resolve on its own & even recommended BIRTH CONTROL??? Knowing I am struggling to have a baby? ( lol OKAYYY ). WELL, I left in tears everytime. She is so rude does NOT care about womans health. I went to tri health, immediately that same day they drew my BLOOD, which shouldn’t be shocking right? Oh it is. Healthsource never checked my blood levels to even see if anything was abnormal. Well, everything came back normal which is good but everything I explained… was definitely abnormal so guess what? They scheduled surgery exactly two weeks later on my FIRST VISIT with them to check for endometriosis. And guess what? I actually do have endometriosis. I’m not crazy. It wasn’t in my head. My pain was literally not normal & I’m so glad to have an OBGYN who cares about my health & takes me serious. I will never ever ever understand how woman can let this go misdiagnosed. So thanks for years of wasted time & making me feel like I have no clue what I’m talking about.
