Dr. Patricia Nardone Soscia, MD

Dr Soscia is very thorough and takes the time needed, she really listens and is a compassionate person. She provides good follow up as well. She quickly provides letters or paperwork needed for things like getting a handicapped placard for the car, or other needs that one has when they are suffering with debilitating medical problems. Her assistant Christina is terrific!

Really needed to mention the situation I had with this office. It was going to be months b4 I could get appt with Dr Soscia. So I seen Dr Conte. Absolutely nothing was done or suggested at this appt, was very much dismissed, The usual you look good for your age, if still hurting come back and see me! So I assumed since I was a patient in office I would make appt with Dr Soscia and was told I could not because I was seen by Dr Conte??? I never experienced this in my life , nor has anyone I have spoken to heard this b4. So the secretary said she would meet with manager (really) to see what they can do for me, They called and said they would do me the favor and let me see this other doctor but COULD Not see Dr Soscia???? I told her it took me a very long time to review drs. and I no nothing on the dr that mentioned, not where there reviews when I looked her up. She is new and few years experience. ISeriously that was a good slap. I was given High reviews on Dr Soscia but couldn't get… in right away...in other words Doctors are afraid to step on the toes of other Doctors then actually care for a patient.

Dr. Soscia is pleasant, kind, articulate, very bright, straightforward and simply excellent. Very caring/compassionate and extremely professional. Her knowledge base is broad and she has very creative solutions to complex patient issues.

Dr. Soscia cares deeply about her patients and spends as much time as necessary with each one, which can make for longer wait times. Since she left UMass, better and more courteous staff and shorter wait time.

it is very hard to get an appointment. Phones are not answered, the staff takes an hour lunch nad they never get back at you. I tried for 2 weeks to talk to them and then waited 3 weeks for a call back
