Dr. Patricia Gail Van Diepen, DO

I have been a complete satisfied patient of Dr Van Diepen for more than 15 years. She always solve my medical issues with knowledge and diligence and when it was something out of her practice, she went out of her way to refer me to the best specialty physicians and facilities. Unfortunately, as I moved down south I am going to have to change insurance provider and PCP. It is going to be extremely hard to find another provider like Dr. Vandiepen full of knowledge, caring and emphatic. God Bless her!

She is a great physician. She listens to what you have to say and addresses each issue with you. She takes her time and shows she really cares.

This is the best office I have been to in a while. The Providers there are very knowledgeable. They take their time and listen to you. The staff is very polite and kind. I WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Dr. van Diepen saved my life. She takes time to get to know you and listens to what you have to say. She genuinely cares about you as a person. I have a wait when I go to see her but I always know she will give me as much time as I need when she gets in the room with me. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr VanDiepen is quite honest with you from the first visit. She will take time to listen to you and give her professional guidance, and help you to gain understanding of her treatment and your prognosis. Don't look for her to give you a "lollypop answer", as she is very up front and will take time to comfort you with her expertise and knowledge. I have been seeing her since 2003 and I would not think of going to any other doctor. She is kind and caring, along with professional and honest. Her office now offers Same Day appointments, and I have called with needs to be seen asap. The office was able to book my appointment the same day. I have been seen by both of her PAs and have only great reviews for them too. I highly recommend Dr VanDiepen!

FABULOUS DOCTOR! Dr. van Diepen is the most caring physician I have ever met. She saved my life about four years ago and continues to take care of me today. Admittedly the wait can be long sometimes, but I would rather wait for the best than be seen quickly and pushed out the door. I may not need as much time with her every time but when I do - I can count her taking the time. I wouldn't go anywhere else. She picks up on things that others miss. Her staff is great too.

She does nothing but type on her laptop the whole time your in there. Does not listen to a word your saying, and is in a rush. Went to see her following an ER Visit. She ordered an MRI. The office did not follow up on the MRI. I had to call several times. The insurance company denied the MRI because she did not provide information why needed. After 3 weeks of calling her office every day, no one, including her would answer my calls. I had to resort to seeking other doctors myself. I could not walk still. Turns out I had 2 fractures in my foot. I just recently saw her, and she denied she ever ordered the MRI, and the office visit. Said "I go off and find doctors on my own" WELL, I had to do something GAIL, you DON"T HAVE TIME!!!!! Will NOT return to this so called doctor. Left the office crying!!!!

Long wait. Staff DOES NOT CARE!!!! Misdiagnosed for months and all of a sudden they are doing you a favor by getting you in with a surgeon because they couldn't be bothered to diagnose properly the first visit, or the second visit, or the third visit!! Hope you don't need them after hours!!! Dr. CAN NOT BE PAGED. If she is paged it will cost you $25!!!!! PA sees you and thinks she knows everything so she doesn't bother discussing what is wrong with the Dr. You could die waiting to find out what is wrong!!! GO SEE ANOTHER DR. IMMEDIATELY!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Your life might depend on it!!
